The Cellnet Project P-Lab 1.0 has been released, under a BSD License.

You can download it from the forge, in an executable jar that includes source files.

Manuals and related documentation and codes will be uploaded in several days.

Active Membrane System Plugin: Video demonstration

The Active Membranes P-System Plugin for the P-Lab Software is now in 0.1 beta version and it's partially functional, waiting for our teachers' comments.
The main goal for this plugin is to provide a user friendly interface to develop concrete and parametric problems solutions using the P-System variant called active membranes P-System.

The user can also generate concrete instances of the parametric solutions giving values to the parameters.

The output files can be saved/loaded in XML format, but this functionality isn't ready yet.
Finally, the XML file for concrete instances will be ready to be uploaded at the future P2P simulator.
Here, we can see a video demonstration for the actual functionality, generating a parametric solution for the classic problem Subset Sum, and instanciating two concrete solutions, one for k=2, n=2 and another one for k=100 and n=100. Enjoy ;-)

Qué se ha hecho:

Ignacio ha mostrado sus avances en el plugin para P-Lab (membranas activas). Éste continúa en fase de desarrollo, parcialmente operativo, siendo el principal avance de esta semana la reordenación de código según el patrón MVC. Esto ha permitido anidar varios cuadro de diálogo modales. Se espera que esté acabado en una semana.

Se ha creado una infraestructura para dar soporte al trabajo en equipo, dar el proyecto a conocer y tratar de llamar la atención a una posible comunidad de usuarios o colaboradores.

Trabajo acordado:

Ignacio finalizará el desarrollo del plugin con vistas a una próxima presentación.
Salvador completará la puesta a punto de la red social y del P-Lab.
